Common questions
I paid but haven’t received my download. Check your spam and promotions folders first — automated emails are often filtered there. Your download is also available any time under My Account → Downloads. If it’s still missing 24 hours after payment, email us with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
I entered the wrong email address at checkout. Email us from the correct address with your order number and we’ll re-send the link.
Can I get a refund? All sales are final once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded. There are some exceptions — duplicate charges, failed orders, and faulty files. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Can I share the file with friends or family? Your purchase is licensed for your own personal use. Please don’t redistribute it — sharing files publicly undermines a small independent business. If someone you know would find it useful, please point them to the Store instead.
What format are the books in? PDF, readable on mobile, tablet, and laptop. Each product page states the language and page count.
