This policy applies to all purchases made on store.nootankumar.com (“the Store”), operated by Nootan Kumar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms below.
1. Nature of our products
Everything sold on this Store is a digital product — an ebook or guide delivered as a downloadable PDF file. No physical goods are shipped.
Because digital files can be copied and retained after download, they cannot be “returned” in any meaningful sense once delivered.
2. Refund policy
All sales are final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products after the download link has been issued or the file has been accessed.
This is a standard practice for digital goods and is disclosed here, on the product page, and at checkout before payment is taken.
Exceptions — when we will refund you
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same order. Duplicate payments are refunded in full.
- Payment was deducted but no order was created, or the order failed on our side.
- The file is corrupted, unreadable, or the wrong product was delivered, and we are unable to supply a working replacement within 7 days of you reporting it.
- You were charged without authorisation and this is confirmed by the payment provider.
To request a refund under any of the above, email support@nootankumar.com within 7 days of the transaction, including your order number and a description of the problem. Screenshots help us resolve things faster.
What is not eligible for a refund
- Change of mind after purchase or download
- Not reading the product description, page count, language, or format before buying
- Buying the wrong product by mistake
- Dissatisfaction with the opinions, recommendations, or traditional practices described in the content
- Inability to open the file due to your own device, software, or storage limitations (we are happy to help you troubleshoot)
3. Delivery
- Delivery is digital and immediate. On successful payment, a secure download link is sent to the email address entered at checkout, and is also available in your account under My Account → Downloads.
- Delivery normally completes within a few minutes. In rare cases of payment-gateway delay, it may take up to a few hours.
- If you have not received your download within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us at support@nootankumar.com with your order number and we will resolve it.
- Please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us — automated emails are sometimes filtered there.
- It is your responsibility to enter a correct and working email address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us and we will re-send the link.
4. Cancellations
Because delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete.
If an order fails, is left unpaid, or is abandoned before payment, no charge is made and nothing further is required from you.
5. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay, back to the original payment method used.
- Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. This timeline is controlled by your bank, not by us.
- We will confirm by email once a refund has been initiated from our side.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@nootankumar.com. We will almost always resolve genuine issues quickly and directly.
Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in your access to purchased files being revoked while the dispute is investigated.
